Japan day 1!

Hi!

Yesterday I arrived at Narita airport in Japan around 08:00 in the morning after a looong flight. I first had to fly to Oslo, stay at a hotel over the night, fly to Amsterdam and then take the plane to Japan! So it's been two really tiering days. I know that it was hot and humid here, but not this hot! I think it's around 35 degrees Celsius. And I'm not a big fan of heat, but hey. I'm in Japan - so I'll survive!

Today we had like a small welcom-party at the campus with our leaders and teachers. They are all super nice! We got to taste a lot of different food, which was really interesting. The breakfast and dinner is also a lot different than the ones I'm used to in Norway. But I think we'll get used to it.

Later, when we didn't have any classes or such, me and some others decided to go to Harajuku! The campus we are staying at is really central, so we are pretty close to both Harajuku and Shibuya. So we took the train until we arrived in Harajuku. And what can I say..? It's so amazing. I absolutely love Harajuku! All the alternative stores and accessories! It's like a dream come true for people like me that loves Japanese fashion. So yes, I bought some stuff! I'll just show you some pictures with a short description, and if you are wondering about anything that I got; just ask in the comments!

Tomorrow we'll probably go to Shibuya, so I'll take some pictures! Take care, cuties!

Have fun in Japan! Btw. you can _walk_ from NYC to Harajuku.. it´ll save you train fee and time probably? It´s around 15min, just walk through yoyogi park :) Also, if you hate the heat you should´ve gone with the first group. It was still hot and humid, but not as bad as you´ll have it. From now on it´ll just get hotter and hotter - but hang in there ~
